You should be physically present at the site of the relocation before the Moving vehicle arrives there. Keep the inventory at hand, as your belongings are being unloaded. Inspect your belongings for damages.

Tick all the belongings that are being unloaded, off the inventory. Prepare a list of all the damaged goods. Look carefully, for some of your items may go missing on a Move. Prepare a list of the damaged or missing goods, and bring it to the notice of the driver of the Moving Vehicle. Remember to sign the inventory, after checking the luggage for damages. Incase if you find your belongings damaged or missing, file for damages immediately.
