Informing People of your Move

Inform all your neighbors and friends of your Moving. Provide them the address of your relocation. They might help you with your Moving. Ask them for some suggestions regarding moving. Make sure that some of them volunteer with the whole process.

If you are affiliated to a club or an association, intimate them of your Relocation. Seek information on similar kinds of clubs and associations in your new neighborhood.

Inform the postal authorities of your moving plans. Provide them your prospective address. If possible, meet your mail carrier personally and inform him or her of your move. Give a copy of your address to the mail carrier as well.

Talk with your house owner and neighbors, and make sure you have settled all the property related issues. Settle all your real estate and rental issues before you move. If you have property and you are not sure of what you are going to do with it, pay a visit to your property agent.
